With sheet lengths spanning 2,000mm to 4,500mm, these jumbo sheets are purpose-built for large-format transformer laminations where minimizing weld joints is critical to operational efficiency and core loss reduction.
Manufactured to M4 Grade specifications, the material exhibits excellent magnetic flux density and low hysteresis loss characteristics. The controlled grain orientation ensures that the magnetic domain alignment is optimized in the rolling direction, maximizing energy transfer efficiency within the transformer core.
