0.30mm CRGO Lamination Core Sheets

The 0.30mm CRGO Lamination Core Sheets are purpose-prepared grain-oriented silicon steel sheets for transformer core lamination assembly. Compatible with E-I, U-I, L, T, and step-lap core configurations, these sheets can be punched or sheared to the required lamination profile and assembled into high-performance transformer cores with excellent stacking consistency.
M5 Grade material at 0.30mm thickness delivers a stacking factor typically ≥ 0.96, minimizing air gaps in the assembled core and contributing directly to reduced no-load losses. The slightly thicker gauge compared to M3/M4 also provides improved mechanical rigidity during stacking operations, reducing the risk of sheet distortion in larger lamination formats. Available across all three length formats with optional laser scribing and annealing.
